Equinitryology-
The Study of Equine Energy

The transcendent study of Equinitryology has the capability to serve as an authoritative canopy of which all modalities of energetic therapeutic practice are encompassed, all the while facilitating a foundation in lieu of further advancement in research, treatment methodology, and discovery.

Intended and likely to be understood by only a small number with specialized knowledge or interest, Equinitryology is an expansively encompassing field with unlimited potential for illuminating equivocally enigmatic conditions.

The Study of Equine Energy

What Equinitryology Does

Equinitryology is a method of energetic listening, to unravel unseen connections, influences, and networks of interpretation, impedance, barrier, tension, obstruction, and blockage, in an attempt to understand and thereby identify the source cause/origin of unknown conditions. In doing so, solutions to dis-ease, illness, and dysfunctional ailments of behavior and performance, previously without validation of explanation, may be unveiled.

By way of the hierarchy of systems, Equinitryology is effective in identifying, locating, & eliminating root causes of debilitating issues:

  • Chronic and Referred Pain

  • Loss and Restriction of Mobility

  • Biomechanical Dysfunction

  • Disproportion and Compensation

  • Toxicology

  • Nutrition & Condition

  • Gnathology, Swallowing, & Breathing

  • Organ Spasm and Imbalance

  • Nervous System Impedance

  • Inflammatory Response

  • Circulatory and Lymph Congestion

  • Digestive Anomalies

  • Parasitology

  • Autoimmunity and Immune Response

  • Wound Healing

Equinitryology started as a last resort option for horses who had been to numerous vets, chiropractors, bodyworkers, & other practitioners. Yet after many tests, injections, scans, medications, lab draws, surgeries, therapies, & thousands of dollars later, they still fail to show improvement & remain without explanation of a cause for their condition.

Knotty Equine offers many services for horse owners, whether they fear their horse is a lost cause or want to save money & frustration by avoiding the run around of the pain game.

How Equinitryology Works

Equinitryology considers the basic term “energy” to mean a vibratory activity. An oscillation of parts disrupts equilibrium, at individualized rates called frequencies, under the operation of universal laws while in the framework of a dualistic manifestation of matter in motion and ether under strain. Energy is defined as the potential or ability to do work.  According to the Law of Conservation of Energy, this potential or ability can be converted in form but cannot be created or destroyed.

In reference to the body, Equinitryology understands the body as a field of energy, with currents emanating from a core station and connected substations.

The core station is the very center, or main station of subtle energy within the body, consisting of soundwaves with a frequency above human hearing capacity.  Inside the neutral core station, positive, stimulating forces push centrifugally away from the center, while negative relaxing forces pull centripetally inward toward the center, creating channels of subtle energy.

Think of the core station as the main power box outside your house on the power pole and the spinal cord as the mainline that carries power from the main box to your house.

Where these two channels cross, spiral whirling vortex fields of energy emanate currents from the core to the outside of the body and back again, creating multiple substations of energy, which then supply the body, with subtle life force, via nerve plexuses.  This force or current is needed to accomplish many necessary and vital tasks, all of which operate along varying frequencies:

  • 1.      Balancing the left side of the brain with the right side.

  • 2.      Balancing the left side of the body with the right side.

  • 3.      Balancing the outside of the body with the inside

  • 4.      Communication and coordination by carrying sensory input from the outside to the inside.

  • 5.      Balancing the posterior (back) of the body with the anterior (front).

  • 6.      Balancing the top of the body with the bottom.

  • 7.      Warmth and movement

  • 8.      Governing the distribution of energy throughout the body.

  • 9.      Controlling the body’s potential for resistance by dominating the peripheral systems.

  • 10.   Ruling the cleansing processes of the bladder and lymph systems.

  • 11.   Dominating the colon, creating a boundary between substances that sustain life and those that need to be eliminated.

  • 12.   Management of the space gaps and matrix, which carry imperative information such as thought, hearing, and messages for bodily functions.

A simpler way to mentally picture this is to imagine the multiple substations as multiple breaker boxes.  The nerve ganglia plexuses would be considered the breaker boxes which emanate spiral whirling vortex fields of energy.  The individual nerves coming into and out of those plexuses can be compared to the multiple wires carrying electricity in and out of your breaker box.

Listed below are a few examples of vital tasks.  As you can see, the body is held together and operated by currents of force called energy.

Equinitryology unites the knots of pain by first understanding the hierarchy of bodily systems per the rule of psycho-visceral-somatic reflex, then secondly identifying which systems are holding control by determining if those areas are overactive or stagnant. At this point, root causes of pain are revealed & addressed.
Pain becomes a "knotty" puzzle to solve because it is rarely recognized until it has been referred to the lowest system in the horse's hierarchy, which happens to be the most important & obvious system to people. Pain is always felt in & referred to locations that are not the source—every problem has more than one cause & compensation compound.

Equinitryology essentially short circuits dysfunction & neuro-transmission release. The nerves run everything & they're the only guaranteed route to the inside of the horse, physically & mentally.

Directly providing nerves with new stimuli essentially changes neural pathways. By changing neural pathways, new responses & reactions are also created. Because of this change, habitual physiological contractions & restrictions are relieved, as the nerve impulse begins to take a new route & thereby the spasm ceases. Healing may now begin as the body becomes able to appropriately address its pain by way of endorphins & other biological agents. When old pain is absent & new neural pathways routed, old bracing & protecting habits vanish. The nervous system is hard-wired for honesty, therefore using nerves to initiate behaviors & responses provides accurate information as to the source cause of what may appear to be a superficial or mysterious ailment.
